Used this fab Hanglar and Stanglar image.and so love this Laura Ashley Paper

Added my usual glitter - but love the stickles used on her cardie - makes it look like mohair wool - it is called cotton candy -good one to purchase...

Made some flowers and added pearl hearts.

Day off today - but off early as off to hospital with my sister...

Friday - means another challenge over at Totally Papercrafts and this week the fabby Lols has chosen the theme - Make your own flowers...so I decided to come out of my comfort zone and make a plaque...

Thought this sentiment sort of sums me up at the moment...crackled the background and it sort of worked

And then made this flower out of card stock stamped it- inked it - glossed and added only a weeny bit of glitter...popped a brad in the middle...hey presto.....
Hung the finished article in my tiny craft area....

Monday - here again

Well Monday is here...again!!!!...How was your weekend..mine was chaotic.....Emily had problems with her back muscle...think this is what cause the hamstring injury last year resulting in not running in competitions for nearly a year...so hence her times this weekend have been shocking...but as I said to her..she has been out for nearly a year - needs to build things back....she needs to sort out her posture....so she has been on the wii fit to see if that helps...
Anyway..............

Wow these were quick and inexpensive to make...made these 3 paper pads...pencils cost 20p each, and paper 50p....love them.....a bit of glue and some flowers later - 3 shopping pads....what do you think?

I chose a Meljen image - well 2 really and photoshopped one over the other..

I coloured in with Copics and crackle glazed the fence and glossed and glittered here and there - love how it turned out

Morning - wow sooooo busy at work - no time to play...Did quickly manage to make this.....from a cotton wool bud holder

Was going to use it for some Copics - but then realised I would need quite a few of them for all my Copics - so Emily has pinched it for in her room and she has put some make up bits in it...

Hope you can see it - not the best of pictures - but you get the idea - recycle.

And this sentiment went so well with it - made it for my 19 yr old niece and she loved it...took it the right way...though when she was younger she did sooo have some temper tantrums...

Morning - first card of 2012 - Xmas over - New Year over - now roll on all the birthdays I have - honestly all my family has birthdays at the beginning of the year...not nicely spaced out -how inconsiderate!.....

Made this for a lady at work leaving to have a baby - used a fab Mo Manning image and followed a sketch picked by the lovely Anne for our challenge over at Totally Papercrafts.

Paper pieced her dress and coloured in with Copics and added some glitter here and there as always.

Tuesday - baking - cheesecake

Blimey - Christmas - nearly here - and nearly sorted...work just getting in the way!.....Thought I would show some baking today...Marbled Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies...love these...sort of cheesecake brownie all in one - fab...

And honestly if I have made them - they are easy....think next time would add raspberries too for that extra flavour...

175g butter

3 tbsp coco powder

200g caster sugar

2 eggs

125g plain flour

cheesecake mix

250g ricotta cheese

40g caster sugar

1 egg

Preheat oven to 180oC/Gas 4

Grease 11x7 rectangle tin

Melt butter - remove from heat and add coca and 200g sugar - beat in 2 eggs and flour and pour into tin.

Put Ricotta in bowl with egg and sugar and beat - then drop teaspoons of the mixture onto the chocolate mixture and swirl around

Pop in the oven for 40-45 mins - cool - cut and flick on the kettle and tuck in.....................

cherry brandy chocolates

Morning - Thursday here...and these yummys are a must...especially if you have a meeting at work..these will really make it go fast and probably a lot happier.....and the beauty of them they are sooooooooooooo simple...

Firstly get a tub of glace cherries and brim it to the top with Brandy...pop back on the lid and leave for 2 days well I did and they were fantastic......

Slightly drain them - don't waste the brandy though - add it to your xmas cake fruit if you are soaking your fruit..
Dip each cherry into nice milk chocolate..Galaxy or Cadburys are my fave...pop on a tray covered with greaseproof paper and then melt some white choc...and dribble this over the chocs....resist eating one at this point...pop in the fridge for the choc to go hard....and when you bite into them - wow oh wow...fabby or what...and sooooooooooo simple...you can't help but go...ummmmmmmmmmm...I challenge you not to...

Not many on the pic - sorry -ate them and then thought - OMG not taken a picci.......Now these would be a fab xmas pressie...though don't make too far ahead - you can make a nice box to put them in and then make them last min - I am going to...

Morning - feel I am coming down with a cold - so much so never went to my Zumba class last night - just lit the fire and sat down...today out of the office at a meeting - and cake class tonight - so I hope I feel ok for it...working on my xmas cake - will show soon - promise.

Made this card for my fab blogging buddie Sue - and then forgot to post it - soz hun...50 years young she was...50 he he!!!!!!!

Used a fab Dustin Pike image - cos if you know Sue - you know she likes her birds....

Wish I could go back to bed and later have a relaxing bath too.....hey ho....

Coloured in with Copics added a splosh of stickles and glossy accents....and there you have it...

Saturday Cookies

Well its Saturday night......................X Factor - for those staying in - those off to a Bonfire - enjoy and be careful....

Baked these today by request of eldest - Rebecca..

They are Blueberry and Cranberry Cinnamon Cookies........and they are yummy....................

Easy to make otherwise I would not have done them....here goes...

225g butter

140g caster sugar

1 egg yolk

2 tsp vanilla extract

280g Plain Flour

1 tsp ground Cinnamon

pinch of salt

55 g dried Blueberries

55g dried Cranberries

55 g pine nuts chopped

Oven 190/c 375/f Gas Mark 5 10-15 mins

Line 2 baking trays

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy - beat in egg yolk and vanilla extract.

Sift flour, Cinnamon and salt into the mixture

Add Blueberries and Cranberries - stir till all combined

Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball - then roll in the chopped pinenuts.

Place on the baking tray and slightly flatten - allow for spread.

Pop in the oven

Honestly very yummy

Have a good Sat night and a good Sunday - off shopping in York and out for tea with hubby...feel a Sarah pressie coming on

Toffee for a Tuesday

Well it's Tuesday....made this the other day...supposed to be Treacle Toffee - but I am not a lover of it - prefer Golden Syrup toffee - ummmm - maybe I should have made treacle and then I would not eat it.....next time maybe.....

Got the idea from my blogging buddie Caroline and changed her recipe around..

Firstly get a jam pan - I have 2 - this is the one though with the thickest base....add

8oz Demerara Sugar

8oz Golden Syrup

4oz Butter to a pan with a jam thermometer....I suspend mine from the handle to make things easier....

Add them all to the pan and stir until sugar dissolved...and then when it reaches 140 on the thermometer....hey presto it is ready...honestly soooooooooooooooo simple

Grease a tin with butter - poor in leave to set and then break up and pop in a jar

Promise it tastes yummy - but wash up as soon as you have emptied out the treacle as it is a nightmare to clean your thermometer and pan......so thanks Caroline - next please....this one worked..................

Morning - back to work today - went to the Lake District last week for October half term - fantastic - as always - time....weather really good - got some great walks in...will show some pic's soon.....and my house is still standing - Bex - eldest - stayed at home...and with my car!....

Totally Papercrafts Challenge#88 - use Acetate

Friday's here at last and time for a challenge at Totally Papercrafts and this week is to use Acetate.....

Now for my card it is a bit of a question of "spot the acetate"...its there behind the bat to try to give the illusion of the bat flying....ummmm not quite...but you get the idea!......

And try as I might my camera skills are rubbish - put glow in the dark paint on the image - but as my camera skills were rubbish - there is no picture - so you will have to imagine it..............

This was a quick card - used Penny Black Stickeroos here...gotta love them - I do, and wish I could remember this fabby paper - but sorry- can't.................

Oh the bad weather is sooooo here - frozen walking Archie the other day..............Had a fab girlie time shopping on Fri - so nice not to be at work...could soooo easily be a lady who lunches.....Yesterday celebrated as Leeds Rhino's won....and England lost never mind at Rugby....so now routing for Wales to beat France................

Finished father in laws birthday cake for the weekend.....hard to do one for him...but pleased with the finished look.

Well - sorry not posted much this week....last time I wrote I was off Sloe picking....and thought I would show you the result...14 bottles of yummy Sloe Gin working its magic which will be ready for tasting next xmas...yes I did say next xmas - best kept for a year, turning it throughout the year....well worth it....But don't panic...I still have supplies left over from my "crop" from last year...on a roll....

Each Sloe berry had to be "pricked" to release all the yummy into the gin...think I did about a million....felt like it....Hard to see my awful fingers - all stained...and the nettle stings I suffered...but done now for another year...

So thought I would share it over with Sassy Cheryl's - show me Thursday...

Morning - what a week so far...busy as always at work and stressful at home...aaaahhhhhhh...thank goodness for card making...

De-stressed make this LOTV card - used my new xmas rose punch - lovin it and my new pearls - and my new Mo Manning image.....slightly blurred or is it my contacts that need a clean?....

Glossed a bit and liquid pearled, not really traditional xmas colours - but I love it....The matched the inside of the card....and used my new MS punch inside - love the bubble holes it creates

Hi there - wow has it been windy or what......dare not hang out my washing as it will end up miles away...dry but miles away...

Did this card for a great mate of mine at work who wanted it for a Elvis fan's birthday - hope its ok Mark!...

Did an Easel card and added some rhinestone Elvis bling to it....Glossed his glasses and guitar, and of course added a touch of glitter.........

In Leeds most of the day working , and then down with Emily at the training track - so I wander around Salisbury's - always there I could get a job as a plain clothes security guard.....

Hope someone out there who knows me won the Euro millions and decides to give me loads....hugs to you if it is you..

Morning - hope you all had a nice restful weekend...I had a great time -went out for a meal to celebrate Bex passing her driving test - hubby and I could both have a drink as we now have a taxi...ha...Fri went shopping with my 2 girlie mates - that was lovely - Sat met up with another fabby mate at the Craft show in Harrogate - also met Christine from Handmade by Christine - nice to meet you Christine.....spent lots - fab - think spending gives you a warm snugly feeling...did me anyway, and Sunday - did housework and gardening, washing, and made this.....

I decided to do a photo gift box for my eldest who is 18 soon - well Feb - but there is nothing like been prepared....

The outside of the box looks lie this and then you open the box and......

It is a mini photo album.....each fold has a different picture on front and back through the years...

I really liked making this...nice keepsake I thought...hope she does.....

Morning - last day before work tomorrow - hubby at work early - woke me up at stupid O hour and then not with it did this posting with no txt - sorry.....

Made this card - think it is called a Tri-fold...first attempt...quite like it...not for every card though as would take forever...

Used a Penny Black image not used for ages.

Used flower soft on the scarves and trees...

Right off for a dog walk then taking Bex driving - and then washing all her things from the festival..

Morning - and another shocking day and Yorkshire - Poor Bex is soaked at Leeds Festival - outdoor concert over 5 days she has gone to - her tent has a hole...my dad who is near - brought her and her friend home for a shower and a hot meal - she is loving it though...ummmm I am just thinking of all the mess!.

Thought I would show this pic of hubby and Em at the coast the other day - quite nice day...Archie is in the distance drinking the sea water - stupid dog - makes him sick.....

Morning...still here - still on holiday - fab...another week left....sooooo do not want to go back to work - why can't I be rich and not have to work?...hey ho....

Had a lovely week off - weather perked up a bit - had a few days at the coast which I loved...entertained and spent time with friends - brilliant.....

As it is Friday - that means another challenge over at Totally Papercrafts - and it is Xmas in August...been cold enough some days I feel like it has been December................It will be soooo hot once I go back to work - you just know it-so book a break then - I promise you it will be fab weather....

Today's card - nice and simple - just embossed the image on glittery paper - though the pic does not really pick this out - shame some cards never photograph as well as they look do they?

So hugs to you all....family over tomorrow which should be nice - hopefully getting out the barbie....and next week Bex away at Leeds Festival for most of the week (rock concert in the outdoors - mud and ugh..not my cup of tea - but then again I am not 17...

Em's physio went well -she has a million and pne exercises to do and back again on the 22nd - nothing that can't be fixed apparently, can go to training to exercise but not run - so getting there.........

Ohhhhhhhhhhh this is sooooo me at the moment...............Can you read that sentiment - just - I hope - bit blurred sorry...The actual image says "Still hot - if flashes count"....now in the UK we say Flushes....so sorry America - UK version it is......

Been really close at work - fan been going - and it will again today....

Morning - day off today - not for pleasure - need to take Emily for a physio appointment, she has not been running for a while as has a niggling problem in her leg so need to get an assessment on it...She misses her running - so do I actually...Hopefully they will say she is ok and we can get back to the track.

Morning - sorry never posted yesterday - crisis on Bex sat her driving theory - passed and somehow hubby threw away the certificate which she needs for booking her driving test...thought she would have to resit it...but luckily they are going to re-send it...honestly....this was all in the middle of an outside door been knocked out from my kitchen to outside...chaos.....and Archie going for his trip to the dog salon for a trim and his toe nails been cut..............actually today's card is quite appropriate...............

Morning - Ohhhh latesish - well for me this am....sorry...woke up in middle of the night and then could not get back to - went to sleep and then slept when should be awake - typical.

Today's is not a card - but 2 gift boxes I made - one for a boy/one for a girl.

Easy in theory - but needed thinking about...This is the girl one...closed and opened is a box inside where you put yr gift - just noticed not glued that bit down properly on the right...like it with the MS butterfly's on and a tag in the box for you to write yr message on - write this before you stick it down or its hard to do...

And this is the boys one

minus the girlie additions.

Middle of the week Wednesday

Morning - sorry did not post yesterday - had day off sick - not like me - felt off it all day...hubby cut down the trees - well started until the step ladders slipped and he went into the bush making a great big hole...thought at first he was planking....so now by perfectly trimmed shrub has a massive hole in it...sorry - he is ok...I did not help really as just sat on a chair watching him as had zero energy - though I did laugh when he fell - rotten I know...but I could have got £250 quid for it if I had it filmed....not that I think he will do it again......Then Em phoned from school so he had to pick her up - she hurt her leg in rounders - so do not think she will be fit for 31st to run...honestly - my family...can't I have a day off sick and I get the attention without others stealing the limelight...???

Good news - Bex passed her theory...so just the test to do now...way to go Bex

Well Bex takes her driving theory AGAIN today - this time she won't forget her driving licence so they wont let her take it as I have sorted it out and left it out for her!...lets hope she passes now!..8:30 this morning....

Hey - back up and running - new router after spending nearly 2 hrs on the phone to someone who I could not understand - and he could not understand me - very fraught time.....and breathe - though still not managed to get my pc to "talk" to my printer..

This card was supposed to be for the Totally Papercrafts challenge - but could not post then - hey ho...

It's a Mo Manning image as I am sure you know already - love her..

Coloured her in with Copics and added my usual glitter here and there. Glossed her laptop to make it look like a Dell....punched out a button using my MS punch - another useful punch if you do not have it....

Well its Wednesday and that's WOYWW time - link on my side bar - please join in for a good old nosey around peoples desks...Mine this week has another cake on it..made this for Nic at work..Her dad - he is 65...hope she likes it...really nervous when you do a cake for someone - dread them saying - ummmm "Don't like this !"...so fingers crossed it is what she wanted.........

All edible apart from the base of the seating area - this is made from sticks with icing on...

Made him a worm bowl too....

Makes his bum look a bit big in this picture - the colours stronger not in the photo...but you know my camera skills....

Wonder if he will catch "The one that got away?"............

Sorry I missed posting yesterday...Yes surprise surprise - we had to pick up Bex from Kings of Leon on Fri...got the phone call to say that would have to catch the late train at 1am - getting into York at 6am as it was the slow one - sorry - that is just not going to happen...and then had phone call from Emily to say she was getting back from France at 12.30 ish - turned out to be 1am...so I was dead on the Sat..so where has my weekend gone?

Onto today's card - one I did at the Craft Den...dead easy...stamped the first image in white pva glue...let it dry and then stamped in inks the others...inked here and there and the background paper is just crumpled up paper - inked then crumpled up again and inked again...hey presto...

And a close up.....

Bex went for her driving theory test today..and as I never went with her to nag and say - have you got this - have you got that...she left her paper copy of her driving licence at home and they would not let her sit the test...so that means we have to pay another £30...aaaaaahhhhhh...This is why parents get cross and need to de-stress so much...She was gutted - but there was nothing I could do as I was at work....she'll learn the hard way I am afraid....cos next time she is paying!

Morning....wow - busy weekend...went to a fab SugarCraft North exhibition in Harrogate on Saturday - great day - weather forecast supposed to be bad - and it was beautiful, then went to see new Pirates of the Caribbean 3d - Bex fell asleep and we left before it finished - did not recon much to it, and it cost £25 for 2 us us - we only had a small box of popcorn too!!!...

Sunday gardened in the morning and caught up with housework in the afternoon.

Onto today's card. Love this card - not brilliant pics - but all the flowers are are coils of paper - you know how you peel an apple - well its like that in card...and then some stickles on the edges....

Love how this card stands up - just a bit different - yet so simple

Made this for a Golden Wedding Anniversary for my mate Trace's parents....what do you think?

Covered the cake in shimmer sparkle - zoom in and you can see it - hard to see on these pics - Gold dusted the roses and painted the leaves, and then did an icing pearl design around the bottom - kept it simple - and really love the whole look

Keeping it until nearer the time as it will be eaten at Trace's before the event....and yes Trace - everything is edible.

Morning Morning......Well Em goes off to France today for 10 day's on a french exchange - will be quiet without her...but on the plus - hopefully I can have a sleep in on a weekend as no ferrying to competitions.

What a nightmare I am having with Mr Blogger....though at last got round the problem of not been able to upload pictures...slow process - but it works - need to do some fine tuning...this is supposed to be on my DT blog but not figured that one out - will work on that for next time...but at least got a photo on.

At the weekend went to a crafting day over at the Craft Den in Sheffield - long way to go - but so loved it - would have loved to see some people who I blog with there - never mind -maybe next time. So thanks Lynne again for a fantastic day.

Onto today's car....Love this image - little olde Tilda...I know there is no mouth Trace - but I like them.

Just thought I would share these pics of Take That who I went to see on their first day of their tour on Friday....They were out of this world...We had fantastic seats...won't spoil it for you if you are going....but if you are - then you are in for a great show....soooooo worth the money for the tickets...best concert EVER!!!!!...voice still croaky from all the screaming...so here are 4 pics from the 135 I took......

Here we go again - but starting the week off with a beautiful LOTV image - made this for a friends Christening - then forgot I had it and made another - oh well...

Crackled the window in the background - think I should have done it stained glass now looking at it....and went wild with the glitter for the dress and bits and bobs...

Used a MS punch for the large butterfly cutting out one in the light pink and another in the dark pink - blob of glue just in the middle and fold wings in - hey presto....

Made this card using a fab Bugaboo image

Glossed her skirt to give it the leather sort of look, thought the papers were very her...

And added a touch of glitter on her shoes....

And so love this sentiment....though I think this is such a sentiment for a card for a teenager!.

Wednesday here nice and quick and its a Sassy Cheryls image - made this for an 18th.Used my MS Happy Birthday punch - if you do not have this - soooo worth getting....Did an 18th on a spring, no too glittery as it is for a male

Oh here we are again - Monday again - were has my weekend gone apart from been mums taxi!!!...and getting stressed out with Bex learning to drive - so at the moment she won't go out with me and I won't go out with her - she nearly went into the drive gate post on Saturday...aaaahhhh....BRAKE....!!!

Christmas card for you today a LOTV...love this little fella...need to do more xmas cards - know I will be behind though when it comes to it....

Know the backing paper is tartan - but I quite like the look - xmassy sort of colours

Added liquid pearls for the snow flakes, coloured with Copics and added a bit of stickles here and there.

Morning - hope you all had a great weekend....Friends boys 18th yesterday - and he loved his cake I made - so that was good - had a nice day - weather not brilliant - but good day...

Todays card is a fab Sassy Cheryls image....thought I would enter it for the challenge - pink...honestly it is mostly pink - if it does not comply will understand though....

Coloured in with Copics added some glitter and chalked around the candle flames to try and give a glow

cake for today - Wednesday

Morning - thought I would show what is on my desk for WOYWW and Sassy's Show me Thursday...This is my latest cake - labour of love this one - but really enjoyed making it....Its for an 18th - for my mate Fi's boys 18th...and that is supposed to be Ben with his dog out shooting...hope he likes it

Zoom in if you like on the pictures - hard to see the full effect...all in icing

Moles are a nightmare for Ben in his garden - serves him right for having a HUGE garden!!!!

Did some twiddles for him to shoot at - though the angle of the gun as it is would probably miss......

They are fishes tails in the pond if you are not sure with bull rushes and grass around the edge.

And this little chappy is Oscar - Ben's dog...my dog Archie's play mate!

So fingers crossed it will be OK for the party this weekend....

Morning - What a nice Bank Holiday...not much crafting - but just nice not to be at work....Had a Royal wedding, Barbecue,Christening on Sunday - I was God Mother - great day with friends, and yesterday went me shopping - which was nice...and then settled down and started watching the box dvd set called Ashes to Ashes - continuation from Life on Mars...very good - not seen them so worth it..
Anyway today's card....well not really a card - but a Gift card...
Needed to give some vouchers as a present, and made this little voucher to pop them in...

And on the inside added some sticky velcro to open and close it, tied a ribbon round the middle to hold the vouchers - did a plain circle of card to put my message on - simples!.....

So...cake class tonight.....not sure on my project now...will show my cake this week that finished...

Morning - sorry missed yesterdays posting...you know how it is....Today's image however is a fab LOTV image...what a cutie or what!

This paper goes really well with the image - well in my opinion it does....needs soft colours I think...

Added a touch of glitter and added liquid pearls for her dress, and coloured in with Copics

Made a little flower to match and just popped a brad in the middle - simple...

So enjoy your day...all of you that are in London already for the wedding tomorrow - hope you have a great spot...me....I am off to a "bit of a do" at my mate Tracey's house...out with the Pimms tomorrow to toast the happy couple....fab

Morning...Oh well - back to work...short week though so can cope - just!.....

Did some work on an 18th cake making yesterday...now this cake is proving a real challenge for me...should be ready for showing soon...Need to make a card with a mole (animal) on, so if anyone knows a funny digi image, can you please point me in the direction...ta..

Onto today's card - a Bugaboo image...done this before - Love Stella...what a gal!

Coloured her in with Copics....always do Sella with red hair...think she just looks a red head sort...Glossed her specs, and added glitter for her shoes and hat....well stickles....

Monday - Bank Holiday

Morning - No work today as it is a Bank Holiday in the UK - fab...Not been around much this past week as been in the Lake District.....fantastic time - great weather...lots of walking, Barbeque's and the odd drink....well you need to plan your walks with a pub at the end...its incentive you know!!!...

Back now - short week again as it's the Royal Wedding on Friday, and Bank Holiday on the Monday - yippee - why can't all weeks be this short?..............

Today's share is something I made at my icing class...impressed with myself...all out of icing....

Photo's not too fantastic - sorry but hopefully you get the idea.....

Hard to do as you had to keep up with the teacher on this one, so did not find the class very relaxing, and given more time would have done a better job...but not bad for a first attempt....
Have a nice day whatever you are doing...enjoy the UK weather - this cannot last!.

Love this LOTV image, requires hardly any colouring of course - bling is required.................

You know - something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue....when you say that, you actually can't can you?....I can't always have to sing it!...or howl in my case....

Blimey - Wednesday already.....someone is pinching my days.....How are you all - hope you are all enjoying the sun - and not stuck in an office like me....Today's card is a great LOTV image....love this little man.

Punched out the edges with a MS punch and then dotted liquid pearls....these are so easy to use - try them if you have not - in a bottle same shape and make as stickles - but called liquid pearls - you will not be disappointed..

Glossed the wheels , dog nose and eyes, and coloured in with Copics...and only a tiny bit of glitter on the spots...
Now hang out some washing and get outside if you can - another cracking day weather wise is in store.....

Thought I would share another cake I have made - this time for Mother In Laws birthday.....Bit late for Sassy Cheryl's show me Thursday - but gonna enter anyway....I know it is Monday - but it lasts until the next Thurs if you know what I mean!...

These are supposed to be primroses on the cake - hope you can tell...Then shimmered and crimped.....looks nice and Spring like...

Fabby Friday #62 - Spring Time

Morning - so sorry for not blogging much this week - work just been manic, and then everything been catching up with me - now I just need to catch up with myself!....
Today's card is a KennyK image that is for the Totally Papercrafts Challenge - and this week fabby Sue is running it, so come and join in with us and the theme this week is Spring Time...think this is a Spring looking card...KennyK are our sponsors this week too...

Coloured her in with copics and if I remember she is called Download Diva..

Added a really simple flower to make - made from greaseproof paper, and all I did was layer about 9 layers - punch out using a nestie....hold it together with a brad and then separate and scrunch each layer and edge using a copic - simple - but I think looks really nice!...

Morning ...firstly - sorry that I have been terrible on my commenting recently - I have not had time to sit down...so sorry to you all - will try harder - promise!

Wow - what glorious weather we had over the weekend - gardened all day Saturday and then watching Emily running and it made a nice change for the weather to be nice....bronze and silver - so she was really chuffed...(that means happy)...but ouch...the sun was out and my legs look like the inside of a water melon...and that was just from wandering around the track!....I have a lovely sandal mark on my foot...classy - not!....

Toady's card is a Bugaboo image

Love this card...This week - cards will be a bit thin on the ground as I do not have a great deal of "me time".....Bex is also started to learn to drive - took her out for the first time on Sat...she is actually not bad - better than I ever was at her age......though she thinks once she passes her test...my car will then be "our" (as in mine and hers) car....ummmm sorry - that is not the case.....she may "borrow"...
