Morning

Heeeey its the weekend..... No running this weekend......Heeeeeeyyyyyyy.....so off out this morning to a McMillan Cancer coffee morning - basically for my overseas readers - coffee mornings this time of year are held across the UK to raise money for Cancer Research....

Then this afternoon off to a 40th birthday...will show you the cake next posting....Happy Birthday Kate!!!!!

Today's card is a new home card I made for Bex to go back to Uni....she is loving it (her second) yr and has only skyped once so that is good

Simple card and then just punched out some butterfly's and raised them up.

So then I made another .....as you do.....

Have a great day...Off Sloe picking to make Sloe Gin tomorrow as we have had our first frost...this yr think I will do Sloe Gin and Whiskey....nice!.........

Morning - hope you all had a nice restful weekend...I had a great time -went out for a meal to celebrate Bex passing her driving test - hubby and I could both have a drink as we now have a taxi...ha...Fri went shopping with my 2 girlie mates - that was lovely - Sat met up with another fabby mate at the Craft show in Harrogate - also met Christine from Handmade by Christine - nice to meet you Christine.....spent lots - fab - think spending gives you a warm snugly feeling...did me anyway, and Sunday - did housework and gardening, washing, and made this.....

#61 Totally Papercrafts Challenge - Sketch

Heeeyyyyyyy it's Fabby Friday....and guess what - rain is due for the weekend - typical - warm at work yesterday - so much so, had to have an ice cream when the van came round - first one of the year....here's to many more....yum.....

Makes a great new home card this image

Added stickles and crackle glaze to the wooden post, and coloured in with Copics

Punched out some matching flowers and added little buttons here and there.....Oh yes here is the sketch....

Wow what a busy week I have had...absolutely exhausted......going here there and everywhere with work and doing soooooo many hrs - not enough in the day....so not commented much on cards so - sorry about that.....

Today I hand in my assignment for my NVQ....lets hope it is ok...just 2 more exams to go now.....

Morning - Monday is here again...
Had a nice long weekend - went to the coast with Archie on Monday - he loved it....and then he had his sausage from the fish and chip shop as his treat...
Then went to Bedford with Emily - not too good there though - she had a bad run...but hey ho - happens to us all...dust yourself off, and go again...though easy for me to say....
Today's card made a card for a lady at work...Love this Mo Manning image.
Love those wellies and suitcase....

Added the usual hint of glossy accents - and wow - no glitter in sight...must be a first for me...

Tomorrow it's GCSE exam result in our house....feel sorry for Bex - as throughout her life so far she has always done well - and people now just expect it of her....and she has goofed she said in these exams as she went to pieces...fingers crossed that she did ok as she sooo wants to be a lawyer...will let you know Wed as will send my posting before results are out...

Have a good Monday - off to see Mother in Law.....need I say more!.....
