At the weekend went to a crafting day over at the Craft Den in Sheffield - long way to go - but so loved it - would have loved to see some people who I blog with there - never mind -maybe next time. So thanks Lynne again for a fantastic day.
Onto today's car....Love this image - little olde Tilda...I know there is no mouth Trace - but I like them.

Monday

Morning....even though it is Monday
Before today's card.......
Had a great weekend - though v tied...Emily as you will know if a regular reader of my blog - was competing for North Yorkshire at the weekend...and she did soooo well, she managed to get through the heats of 26 competitors to the semi's to 16 competitors, but sadly never got into the finals..I was so chuffed she got into the semi's as the youngest 200m competitor there at 13...and she loved every minute of it - which is half the battle when you compete, so I sat on a very hard plastic chair for in total 19 hrs - in the heat and jeans as I forgot my shorts....aaaaahhhh...Fab Em.....xx
Sorry - and onto todays card.
This card is a first for me....a standing pop up card
Saw it on the Magnolia site to make one of these, and wow...it turned out - and I love it...what a great type of card...
It stands up on it's own, and if I can do one - I am sure ANYONE can do one. Used my MS punch for the Happy Birthday - though sorry quite hard to see....
Made this for my good friend Maureens birthday this week.
and this is the side view and a view of the base, I did a back view so I can write on the back, and the beauty of this card it also folds flat, though sorry, never took a pic of that.
Have a go - they are easy peasie....and then enter it at Magnolia licious challenge
Catch you tomorrow-and thanks for popping by.

In the process of moving my greenhouse - so not much crafting going on, but put together this little lady.....love her
Love how flower soft slicks well using glossy accents rather than glue, one sneeze and usually it disappears off the card...
Added some glitter here and there and some liquid peals.
Check back tomorrow as it's WOYWW...time for a look around all other crafters desks - love it...

Tuesday

Morning - Magnolia day today....
Decided to do a folded card for my sister in laws birthday. Love Photoshop package, trying to get all my images now on my computer, and backed up of course, I don't have the hassle of cleaning stamps, space, and it is soooo easy to make her sit exactly on objects - not every ones cup of tea - but I love it.
Crackled Tilda's fence and coloured her in with copics, inked round the clouds, and of course used stickles and liquid pearls.
Entered this card over at Just Magnolia - Punch it#50
Tried to make her socks look fluffy using stickles, and the two ladybirds on the fence did not look right, so stuck a butterfly over the top of them.
You can see the fold look more on this picci, went round the top and the bottom with an MS punch.
And popped another Magnolia inside for luck. Also cut out a nestie circle for me to write a message on.
Hope you like it.
Middle of the week tomorrow!

Coloured her in with Copics, add tiny bit of stickles and Glossy Accent.
Entered this card for the challenge over at Crafty Creations - Babies
and also Papertake Weekly Challenge - Open theme

Monday

Morning
Hope you all had a great weekend - Em got a gold for her 80m and silver for her 150m running on Sunday -way to go Em....Wakefield this weekend.
Toady's card is for the challenge over at Just Magnolia #48 - following a sketch - this is my card.
Crackle glazed the leaf - love crackle on leaves - makes them look more "leaf" like. Also stickled her jumper to try and make it look like mohair wool.
The flowers and leaves I made from a punch attaching a brad and of course - crackled the leaves.
I have also entered this card for
the Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge #76- pink green and flowers
and for Quirky Crafts Challenge - theme flowers.
and for SophistiCat Challenge - raining cats and dogs
Had my Sunday joint yesterday - and my crackle on the pork was fantastic - too fantastic - cracked a tooth in half and managed to swallow the half - so hopefully can get to the dentist today - though I dread to think how much it will cost- need it done as it is really hurting - great end to the weekend!
Catch you tomorrow
