Just to say.........Thank you

 

Love this image -one of the few stamps I did not part with when I moved over to digital....just makes you go aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh - most Penny Blacks do.

 

Coloured in with copics and stickled with glitter and glossed a bit here and there

 

Bought a new mini cooper the other day - OMG if you can love a car - then I am soooo in love...worked out it is 27 yrs since I got my first mini - how to feel old or what will have to post a pic of the lovely lady - girl car of course.....Myrtle is her name......this mini has mood lighting in it on a night time that you can change - wow such a girlie thing....

Dusted off a Penny Black stamp - love this image - one stamp just won't ever get rid of..

Punched out a Happy Birthday with a Martha Stewart punch and punched out the odd butterfly

Hard to see but lifted up the pots - glossy accented them and coloured in with Copics - missed a few spots - but for some reason you don't see those until you take a pic and post it - hey ho.....

And just added a little bit of stickles to the flower....

 

Friday tomorrow and no work - Yaaaaaaaaahhhh - though got a dentist appointment - great...hopefully weather dependant - I may get some gardening done...

Morning....and it's raining cats and dogs!!!! and windy...so I guess it's a cleaning day...with a bit of crafting and jobs...
On a mission with my Xmas cards...Love this Penny Black image....made up the saying and printed that out via the pc....







 

Added the odd bit of gloss and stickles...coloured in with my Copics....



 Love this saying...What every xmas - and day come to think about it should be....

Morning....having so much trouble with pc now - aaaaaahhhh, thankfully I have a backup and always have some images printed ready to go...Penny Black saved the day!and I have tried your suggestions - but I think I am going with IrFanview...simple as far as I can see - thats what we like - though I may change - so cheers Mark hun for the suggestion...I know you read my blog - but hopefully not in works time....though it is Friday!

So love this....This is why me and my 2 best mates go to Zumba and "Body Blast".....though I am just eating twice as much so it is not really working.....hey ho....but god do my stomach muscles hurt today....what with that and the heat...phew - need a drink

Morning.............Hope you had a good weekend....I had chronic pains across my shoulders last week - stress related I am sure...starting to ease today - until the next time...

On a positive note Em came 3rd in the Yorkshire Championships so really chuffed as she has been down with her running recently - but lets hope things are on the up now.

Love this Penny Black image....made it for my sister in laws birthday.

Penny Black Mouse for a Monday

Well so much for the weather man - said it would be a terrible weekend - Sunday was a fabby hot day - by English standards......not that I got much done - went for a dog walk had coffee with my bessies and that's the morning over......watched Pretty Woman in the afternoon, ironed...and that was about it...nice...

But then Monday comes around and spoils everything!!!though if you are at home - enjoy - some of us have to work - sigh!

Morning - here's Monday again....not seen much of the weekend, but not been at work so that's fab...Nice sunny day for the UK on Sunday - though watching the rugby so gardening put on hold....

Today's card is a fab Penny Black - not used this image for a while...love these little hedgies...but sorry my photography skills these days are somewhat to be desired!...........

Glossed the ribbon on the  box and only added a little stickles to the grass....will get my pictures sorted by tomorrow - hopefully..........

MONDAY - HERE AGAIN!

Oh dear....Here again.....and breathe....relax...Friday will come quickly this week I am sure of it....To all you lucky people in the UK that are off this week for school half term...enjoy...they grow up fast....got a week off walking Archie at stupid O' hour as "hopefully" Bex and Em will.....

Trying to use up my bits of odd card that always seems to grow, and a good way is to make tags...dead simple...look special...

And I have these fab Penny black images that are small and just right for tags....

 Love this little reindeer fella....though my camera skills leave something to be desired.....

 And this little sheep - she is a darling....

Fab & Funky - Long forgotten stamp or digi

Today its a challenge day over at Fab & Funky and this week is to use a long forgotten stamp or digi.............
I used this fab Penny Black stamp - think it is in my top 10 of my PB's - always comes in handy....
Lifted up the little fellas food bowls and the bone Happy Birthday, and added some paw prints.

Done this before and added names onto the bowls making it that extra special for dog lovers

Morning - Hope you all had a great weekend...Em got 2 silvers again for running - last comp this weekend and then a break for 3 week before the indoors start...need a rest...hard been a taxi!...
Not coloured this fab Penny Black image for ages - but I love it...blinged up the dress with stickles and liquid pearls after colouring in with Copics Love it...., but .....love how the background turned out...Love this MS punch...It is a must to buy if you don't have it already.
Added a great cupid charm to the card....did not think words were necessary for this care...image says it all really.

Love the huge "rock" behind his back - though I think someone should have told him about getting the ladies ring size first - as I do not think this ring is going to fit!....

Aching today still after gardening all day Sunday for my darling husband to say he thinks I should do more exercise as all I do is sit at a pc all day and work and go on my blog on a night time.....don't men ever wonder how things as if my magic get done around the house!.....He apologised...hard luck matey...you have done it now...will make him regret saying that...and now I tell him every single thing I do...think it is wearing thin now though...probably made my point really that women hardly EVER sit down and do nothing!....rant over - sorry...Men!!!

Morning - Today is GCSE result day and I am more nervous than my daughter Bex - actually feel quite sick - and wont get to find out until about 11 as in a meeting....fingers crossed...
Sorry I never got to comment yesterday never got back from visiting in laws till late...joy of joys...will make up tonight - promise.

Morning Morning Morning - Oh here we are again...Friday off so hopefully the days will fly by at work...ummmmm don't think they will though...
Xmas card of the week - a Penny Black image - love this - will add a name on the gift tag once I know who I will be sending it to... Used flower soft on his jumper to make it look like mohair - quite like the look actually...

And of course coloured in with my fab Copics - glossed here and there.

Morning - whoops my photo editing on this card went slightly lob sided...sorry
Not used this Penny Black image for a while and I saw this carrot button for on the ribbon and I thought - why not I put it on my pride of joy my WOYWW card stand....
Hard to see but I crackled the plant pots...Love Gerbera's especially orange ones and it went so well with these fabby papers.
The sentiment is a little pot one where you can add colours to - this case - I just coloured in the heart.
Added Glitz to the card so decided to enter this over at http://pennyblackatallsorts.blogspot.com/August challenge.

Well Friday is here after a loooooooooooooong week...not that that is a moan - tried not to moan all week - think I have done ok - ish!

Fabby Friday - 3 cards today

Morning - sorry I never posted yesterday - my darling eldest daughter had pinched my camera to take to a party - is nothing sacred in this house!!!!...anyway....on my desk on Wednesday I had some Penny Black stickeroos...These make fab quick cards - so have done 3 to show you.
Each has glitter, glossies added to look like you have coloured it in, but if you stick them on coloured card - honestly you can't tell they are stickers.
On the back of all my cards I always stamp - Hand made with love - on these I have also added a little frog.

Noticed the button that I punched using a fab MS punch has something on it - I will replace - but the lighting is too bad now to take another picci - sorry..

And this is the third - using another great MS punch for the Happy Birthday....

I just drew the stitches on around the edge, though I must get my machine out and do some real sewing.

Think I may do some of the Hedgie stickaroos next...

Have a fabby weekend....Friends over tonight...and then off girlie shopping on Sat and may garden on Sun - will see how I feel - whatever you do - make it a good one!

Cheated with the stitching on the card - use Sew Easy by doodlebug designs....soooo easy, and love the look.
Glossy Accents are great for jam tarts and icing on cakes, I like to also put it on cheeks of the hedgehog and mouse.
Inside the card I made a little pocket to put a money gift in, rather than just have a loose note in the card it looks nicer.

Love how this has turned out - and so love this Penny Black image.....but the thing I really love is my new MS punch that punches out buttons and embosses them at the same time - fab or what!...available from the Craft Den - link on my side bar....you will not be disappointed if you buy one, no more looking around for the button to match....love it
Lifted up this chappies tie with foam squares, added glossy accents to his nose and paw pads, and of course, coloured in with Copics.

No work today - fantastic...off out for a dog walk and then may bake...and then off to my mates house for a barbie....great way to end a day....and then off work tomorrow and off shopping with my sister - can't get better than that - catching train into Leeds - not been there for ages - looking forward to it....
