Good Luck

Morning - another nice day - and at work!!!! worked over at the coast yesterday - went and saw the sea as you do - but alas not a beach day as working...
Todays card is a Good Luck card for my youngest Emily - she has her A levels - starting next week...tension in our house hold is a nightmare!

Back to Uni

Well Bex is off back to Uni - 3rd yr out of 4...I can go in for a deep clean of her room again to wait for her return to totally trash it again...miss her when she is not here though....
Made her a card for her new accommodation and good luck for yr 3 sort of card - rolled into one....



 

Sooooooooo love this newish Mo Manning image and the text is perfect and soooo true...

 

Coloured in with copics and crackled the swing seat and glossed the under side of her shoes..... and as always embossed the envelope

Well I am still off work and enjoying every minute of it...why do we have to work????

Made these two cards for two 40ths in the office - sooooo love these Mo images - not used them for a while.

The verse is not as good as the 2nd card - but I thought "pout" was wrong on a male card

 Love this little girl - now everyone knows someone who was/is like this picture? and sorry no glitter again...blimey - that's a first!

Just thought I would post these 3 exam congratulations cards I made...hope I am not tempting fate though as results not out for 2 of them until end of the month - so "touch wood".....she says touching her crafting table.

 

Used a fab Mo Manning image which I am sure you are all familiar with - I love it....add gloss, glitter and voilà.......

Quick posting as it is ice decorating class - so far behind with my xmas cake this year as doing an autumnal display that seems to be going on forever.... will post when finished.

Wish I had some good news - sorry - no sooner had I said I was getting back to normal - my dad was whipped into hospital with a heart attack.....and also to find out that one of the arteries replaced in his triple heart bypass is blocked - and also the artery not replaced - that is blocked too....so hey ho - here we go again.....so STILL no time to craft - though trying to do bits and bobs between work....

Made this card from one of my fabby Mo Manning images...love him...bit blurred though - camera had a blip -so used my iphone - ok pic - but not very clear...
Glittered here and there and added liquid pearl spots....coloured in with Copics...think the stamp wording is a penny black

Not long to go now till the big fella arrives - so get making those cards...

Oh no - what has happened to blogger when I have not been posting...Oh do not like it...why could they have not stuck to how it was...bad enough learning new things at work with not coming home and having to start again...will be a miracle if this posts or not......

Well I have a job...not sure if one I want - but I have one.....my dad has had a triple heart bypass...Bex at Uni - missing her....Had laser eye surgery....Ummmmmm.....made my xmas cake.....and that's you sort of up to date.....

Today's card is as you can see a fab Mo Manning image - love this fella ...looks like my dog Archie..

 Coloured in with Copics and added glossy Accents for the bow...and fabby stickles for the fur on his hat...Thinks its a Penny Black Xmas wording stamp....so that's 1 card down - 60 million more to make!

Off hopefully around your blogs now....sorry been absent for so long....Have a good weekend...Day off tomorrow - Archie and I are off to the coast for a dog walk...Trace - my mate was supposed to be coming...but has a bad back...get well Trace - will think about you when I tuck into my fish and chips!

Well its a miracle - I can see after my laser eye surgery - wow - its brilliant, though I do keep going to push my glasses on my nose....weired feeling...still dry...but no pain...fabbbbbbb.

Well great weather we are having - not...blimey I choose my time well to take leave!.

Friday at last - and would you believe it I have a cold - great....came on yesterday and aching all over with a hacking cough....
Bex sat her first A level yesterday - Maths!...great - hopefully she will get the grades...Fingers crossed..

Well.............pc went and crashed on me over the weekend...so had to buy another - an expense could do without - so spent all day Sunday sorting and loading onto a new pc - thankfully always back up - phew....so no commenting was done...sorry - will try harder.....

Managed to get my baskets - well hay basket things you know the ones you put on the wall - rather than dangle...so they look nice...sister came over and sat and had a drink in the garden for 5 mins on Sunday - nice day - hope it is a sign of things to come.................

So this machine now allows me to directly add a pic rather than save it and transfer to my lap top....and heeeeyyyyy so much quicker.....

#110- Not for the girls

Oh its Friday - at long last...Well I feel slightly less stressed. I have put in my application form for my own job...so will wait on that...handed in my assignment...wait for the results of that...finished my 2 wedding cakes....so phew....will wait to see what things happen next week...win the lottery????...now that would be nice!!!!..

Anyway - another challenge is here over at Totally Papercrafts and this week it is NOT FOR THE GIRLS - bit sexist...but hey ho....I chose to do a fab Mo Manning image....doing a barbie is such a man thing...they will not let a woman set it...cook on it...and always have to have a beer when doing one!...though that is lighter fluid on the floor not a beer!

Paper pieced his shirt, coloured in with Copics...no glitter, just a little splodge of glossy accents.

While I have been away it was my birthday and Bex's 18th along with lots of other things....can't believe she leaves home this year for Uni - she wants to study law - touchwood she gets the grades....

Had a fab spa break and it has been a great short week for me work wise - why can't it be like this all the time - Challenge over at Totally Papercrafts this week is Ribbons and bows.....Yes sad I know - but thought I would start on Xmas cards again - just one or two ever so often...

Used this fab Mo Manning image - love this little fella on his tippie toes....

Added glitter as always - backing paper even has glitter on it...never have too much I say!.

Morning...hope you all had a great weekend - though as usual- Where did it go????. Caught up with lots of jobs - gardening...ironing...cleaning...usual sort of fun chores.....

Made this card - I really love this image....Fab Mo Manning image if you did not know...

Oh such a princess..............

And this sentiment went so well with it - made it for my 19 yr old niece and she loved it...took it the right way...though when she was younger she did sooo have some temper tantrums...
