running card

Morning

Its blowing a hoolie here...Archie and I nearly got blown over and wind burn on our dog walk this am.....
Snow all gone for the moment - though I am sure it will be back next week....

This card not over chuffed with it....the 18 "ran" on her t shirt - but soooo love the image - its a Mo Manning - another fab image of hers...what a talent!
Made it for Emily, as you probably know she loves her running....so thought quiet appropriate....

Made a step card and then on the ted - double stamped and lifted up........its an ok card - but not the vision in my head I had of it...hey ho.....
Em had some friend's over to stay last night - so I was on pancake making duty - and now just off to a spinning class in a moment - honestly - why do I put myself through it???.....

Went out for a nice meal last night if you are ever out that way - Moor and Pheasant at Dalton (towards Thirsk)....very nice - bonus has 20% meal and drinks.....and I was not driving!...Bacardi and Coke here we come!...so now off to the gym to work it off - but then got stew and dumplings for tea...so will put it all back on.....gotta live I say!
Have a lovely Sunday

Mo Manning birthday pc card

Oh Thursday - nearly Friday....working from home tomorrow so don't need to get dressed up - nice and then tomorrow night off to stability ball class again - why do I put myself through it - if I fall off again I am NEVER going again.....
Onto todays card...love this image - coloured many many times.....mad this for my nephews 18th - he loved it.

Coloured in with Copics added some gloss here and there and got in the glitter on the 18th...easiest way to seal in sprinkled glitter is to glossy accent the item first - in this case a pre cut out wooden 18th - then sprinkle with glitter - seals it beautifully and the glitter stays put!

Enjoy your weekend - raining here in the UK....

Monday Monday

Morning - hope you had a fabby weekend...where did it go though I want to know!...wish they lasted as long as my weeks sometimes seem to!
Tidied up my greenhouse yesterday and planted some dwarf stocks....then Archie had one of his play mates round - Barney...and the little "darlings"...decided to play "chase me" in my boarders.....aaaahhhhhh and then argued who had the bone....worse than kids...tired them both out though...
Today's card I made for my mum to give to my niece...not her birthday till end of December - but my mum likes to be organised - worse than me!.....
Made a huge "tag" card...took me forever though...glittering all the flowers and crackled the leaves that I made...quite like the look of it though...and mum loved it so that was ok..
Em at running club tonight - so will tear round the supermarket so I can catch the last half hour of her training to go and sit and watch...first comp of the new season at the end of the month...
Rightie ho..
Have a great one - whatever you do
