ReplyDeleteOh Sarah you're too gorgeous to suffer mid life crisis - it's just the return to work that's made you feel like that! So, keep on colouring and keep on drinking stuff that needs holiday reminiscent lime in it!
ReplyDeleteBooze and sweets......when can I come around lol!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see your girls and how dare you be so thin when eating sweeeties like that, lol? Sounds perfect to me - a nice drop of wine and a few sweeties to accompany a creative moment. Love your desk.
ReplyDeleteGreat sweeties, the girls look good too LOL !!
ReplyDeleteAlcohol and sweets sounds perfect to me!! Hope it's a better day today.
ReplyDeleteGood to see another one who writes notes and lists to herself xx
Seems like your desk is ready to have some great creativeness to get going.

Have a lovely day

Yes a little of what you fancy does you good
ReplyDelete:-) Are they those peanut sweets? Ah Sarah wait till you get to my age then talk about feeling old - well most of the time I don't actually till things happen like going to a great-great nephew's christening - eek! And you start getting twinges in the knees :-( LOL
Anne xx
Sarah, thanks for letting me know its okay to drink at my work desk. lol Great pic of you and your daughters. Love the froggies ~jeni :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photo - you all look fab!
ReplyDeleteAge is just a number and I bet your's is far lower than mine!!! Lovely pic of les Gals.
ReplyDeleteJo

Jo x

Love the desk, great idea to have plenty of sweets to hand, not sure about the alcohol cos I'd stamp wonky! Love the photo - don't think you look old at all!
ReplyDeleteSarah, you look like those are your sisters, not your daughters. I had to reread the post. I'm not a drinker, but if I were, I would probably want it in my craft room, too. Happy WOYWW.
ReplyDeleteSarah, I just love your penny black frogs, my sister just adores them, I always buy her frogs for birthdays. There's nothing wrong in having a drink on your desk it does help sometimes. The only thing you don't notice the time and before you know it it gone midnight. You all look terrific. lol Jo xxxx
ReplyDeleteHow ironic...I am sitting here reading your post with a glass of wine and a tube of smarties and without a doubt feeling the effects of midlife crisis as my 46th birthday approaches in 2 wks!!
ReplyDeleteYour girls are gorgeous and look a lot like you.
xx
Wine & Sweeties sounds like a good combo to me.

ReplyDelete((Lyn))
you are looking great for someone "sooooo old"!, oops, missed one "o"... i am older for sure but as I tell my daughter when she says "mommy, you're so old",- "the older the better! not everybody reaches this age!"
ReplyDeleteGood to see you back blogging, wondered where you were. That is a lovely pic of you and your daughters, one for the album. mmmm booze and sweeties great combo, sounds like you deserved them both after your day. Hope the week get easier. Lynne x
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely picture of you and your girls ... sorry I am a bit late ... hopefully you have had two lunch hours by now :0)
ReplyDeletei think your photo is kinda cool, has a 70's retro feel with that lighting, like it was taken with a real old camera
ReplyDeleteand a great shot of you and the girls, you certainly don't look old to me
Hi Hun
ReplyDeletethe printer is a dell 1320 CN, we paid £119.00 found site on ebay for copatables they only £17.99 for the set, brill eh, sue,x
Some of the best ideas come after a glass of wine. And they really materialze after two glasses of wine. Not that I would know, just hearsay. :)
ReplyDeleteYou and your daughters are gorgeous.
Relax and ENJOY! Life's too short! I love a drink with a little umbrella (not to mention rum!) in it--! Nice picture! Trust me-there's a fair amount of gray hair under that horrible red my hairdresser just did-but I EARNED every one of them! My "inner child" is only 4 and can still get into mischief! ; )
ReplyDeleteHow you think you look old is beyond me! You guys look great! Coming home from vacay always makes me feel like a jillion years old because I don't pop back into the swing of things as quickly as my kids.
ReplyDeleteJeez, I am jealous of your blonde hair.
I think it's funny that there was alcohol left in the glass...no glass of mine retires for the evening in that state.
Amy
I have those penny black froggies too, great aren't they?! Great photos x
ReplyDeleteMaybe if I ate loads of sweeties and had the occasional cocktail or two, I would look as fab as you do!
ReplyDeleteIt's worth a try!
