WOYWW

Morning...Never mind WOYWW - its WOYFW - Whats on your feet Wednesday!.....Hate feet - sorry if you do...and mine are not the best....
Went to this place in town that is advertised as giving a natural pedicure with these Garra Rufa Fish...basically these fish nibble away at your hard skin...revolting I know...shop smelt like a giant fish tank - could have done with a nice air freshener, and the leaflet showed tonnes of fish on these feet....and there is not too many in the tank...It did not tickle....really nice actually....not relaxing though...need to go to the Seychelles or somewhere and have it done again...had it done now...worth going - but a bit of a novelty...not bothered about going back...Did it work though????
ummmm.....not after a 15 min session - think I would need to have my feet in there a week to notice a difference.....
And then so you don't have an image of my feet in your head for the rest of the day - took a pic of my daily crop of chilli's from the greenhouse - loads in the freezer - they freeze so well last us right up to this time next year...hot little bu**ars they are...
Please pop by to Julia's fab blog WOYWW to see desks not feet...
Off for a nosey now...
Happy WOYWW everyone
Sarah

  3. Is it really expensive to have the fish eat the dead skin on your feet? Or about the same as a pedicure? You should scrapbook that photo! My kids would love that. In fact, I'm going to share it with them tomorrow.... Thanks!

  12. Love the picture, but after reading about your experience with the fishy smelly salon, I think I will pass on the experience. I would rather recline in the chair with a glass of wine and let someone sandblast my dead skin for hours. Ha Ha

Great photo experience Sarah. Thanks for sharing. Love the peppers!

  18. Lol - something similar about those two photos - think its the squiggly shapes. Would love the chillies but don't think I would like to dip my feet in the fish tank. (I did stick my finger too near the light socket on dad's tank once and nearly got electrocuted!!)

  20. oh my son has just cleaned the tropical tank out wonder if he will bring the step ladders in and wonder if my little rummy noses will do the same thing to my feet, better not tell him that it took him two days to clean it.
As for the chilli's I only got two on my indoor chilli plant this year think I picked the wrong type will revert back to those I used last year as got buckets of them then.
thanks for the relaxed snoop and happy WOYWW day

  28. I am soooo jealous... a friend of mine went to Malaysia and they do this feet eating thing with fishes there and she said it was amazing... I would love to try this but I'm afraid my heels are so hard I would need a couple of piranhas in there to help out the little guys!

  35. How funny - I saw a deal to get that done for £6 at a place in Wakey the other day. One of the guys from work has booked it.

I'm kinda intrigued as I'm a bit funny about feet too. I did think there would be hundreds of them in the tank

  44. LOVE a good pedicure & polish---and toe rings to show it all off---but not sure I would love fishies nibbling on me?! Don't like the kitties licking my toes(ewww!)-and won't let my acupuncturist do points on toes-so no-no fishies!
