cherry brandy chocolates

Morning - Thursday here...and these yummys are a must...especially if you have a meeting at work..these will really make it go fast and probably a lot happier.....and the beauty of them they are sooooooooooooo simple...
Firstly get a tub of glace cherries and brim it to the top with Brandy...pop back on the lid and leave for 2 days well I did and they were fantastic......
Slightly drain them - don't waste the brandy though - add it to your xmas cake fruit if you are soaking your fruit..
Dip each cherry into nice milk chocolate..Galaxy or Cadburys are my fave...pop on a tray covered with greaseproof paper and then melt some white choc...and dribble this over the chocs....resist eating one at this point...pop in the fridge for the choc to go hard....and when you bite into them - wow oh wow...fabby or what...and sooooooooooo simple...you can't help but go...ummmmmmmmmmm...I challenge you not to...
Not many on the pic - sorry -ate them and then thought - OMG not taken a picci.......Now these would be a fab xmas pressie...though don't make too far ahead - you can make a nice box to put them in and then make them last min - I am going to...

    YUMMMMMM! Chocolate is definitely my weakness and these look so delicious! I'll take 2 dozen!
