Busy weekend, Emily, my youngest running in Gateshead...trying to beat her PB, she is doing really well at the moment ranked 2nd in the UK for under 13yrs for 150m,5th in UK for 100m, 1st for 150m in Yorkshire, and joint 1st in Yorkshire for 100m....So a HUGE Good Luck Emily...

    Wow Sarah Tilda looks awesome- fab colouring and layout. My fingers are crossed for Emily this weekend - another notch to her belt or should I say running shoes. -x-
