Morning

Heeeey its the weekend..... No running this weekend......Heeeeeeyyyyyyy.....so off out this morning to a McMillan Cancer coffee morning - basically for my overseas readers - coffee mornings this time of year are held across the UK to raise money for Cancer Research....

Then this afternoon off to a 40th birthday...will show you the cake next posting....Happy Birthday Kate!!!!!

Today's card is a new home card I made for Bex to go back to Uni....she is loving it (her second) yr and has only skyped once so that is good

Simple card and then just punched out some butterfly's and raised them up.

So then I made another .....as you do.....

Have a great day...Off Sloe picking to make Sloe Gin tomorrow as we have had our first frost...this yr think I will do Sloe Gin and Whiskey....nice!.........

Entering in for Sassy Cheryls - show me Thursday

  1. HI Sarah. What a nice surprise to hear from you! Great card-glad you are back to blogging. THe mistake on the pencils--if you are right handed, and pick up the pencil, the sentiment is stamped upside-down! If you are a lefty---it's fine! I think one out of 5 of the gals caught it! oh well! Enjoy your day! Blessings, Sharon

  7. Loving the butterflies and the dotty papers Sarah... hope you enjoyed the party yesterday and that you have a fab time picking the sloes tomorrow.... We've not had any frost here yet.. you must be more out in the wilds! I remember making damson gin (we'd picked the damsons in Wales) in my early married days.... ooooh that was potent stuff!
